Following the findings of the 13 tracks on the 1st album, Way for Nothing decided to change
perspective for this next record.
The rapid changes the world has undergone in recent years, and the growing collective and
individual awareness, have naturally led us to take part in the narrative, still exclusively realized
through music. From the ashes of a carefree society, and with those of our former members, we
wanted to take an even more direct and personal approach.
The result is a change of scenography in which we become actors, and a music that is
particularly linked to the five members of the group.
Our personal journeys create a more intimate picture, but one in which, ultimately, the listener
can perceive snippets of his or her own life.
The desire for self-fulfillment (“Du Chaos naissent les étoiles”), the euphoria of the first
moments (“Vent Nouveau”), the harvesting of the first fruits (“L’Onde”), but also the fragility of
happiness (“Dorénavant”) that depends only on ourselves and our individual choices (“Seul”).
Through the interweaving of sound textures, rhythmic breaks, counterpoint melodies and the
heaviness of certain passages, we propose an immobile journey within ourselves
